A free, internet only publication at this time, it is dedicated to bringing you original and informative articles to empower you to live a healthy, happy life and to inspire you to follow your dreams. We subscribe to the “health at every size” philosophy and really do believe “size is just a number” when measuring the worth of human beings. Both views are a rarity in this thin-obssessed world and make us a unique corner of the media-sphere .

I love it, The world needs to know we’re beautifull to, I’ve entered some stores and looked in other mag. that are for our size and the models or manicans are a size 9, that has never made much since to me.
